POSITION: Fixed Accounts Executive-Sales
JOB PURPOSE
The Fixed account Executive focuses on accounts identified as Enterprise/SME/ SOHO .The Fixed account Executive role is client facing, the main purpose is uncovering Fixed Business Opportunities, to align Insight strategically and formally with the client, whether this be at framework or contractual level. To present all available lines of business to the client and sell wide and deep wherever possible in engaging multi-level contracts, vertically and horizontally and ensuring that all lines of business are connected across relevant company or divisional contacts.
Fixed account executive has an internal role, planning sales activities to achieve targets for each account and an external role, liaising with decision-makers in the customer organization to assess their needs and provide relevant products and services.
The Fixed Account Executive’s role is also to recruit & manage Freelancers and TLs and make them productive and efficient in terms of Productivity expected by the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promote and sell Tigo’s business products to business organizations (Enterprise/SME)
  • Identify prospect business organizations in order to sell Tigo’s business products and solutions.
  • Ensure that business organizations contact list is up to date
  • Conduct visits to prospect business organizations and explain Tigo’s business products and solutions.
  • Acquire new business organization (Enterprise/SME) accounts to increase Tigo’s market share.
  • Build strong relationship with key persons within the concerned business organizations.
  • Gather and confirm business organizations requirements.
  • Collect RFP’s from business organizations.
  • Prepare proposals (Technical/Financial) based on collected RFP in coordination with concerned divisions/departments (Network Solutions/Business Solutions/...etc.).
  • Promote new business products for current business organizations.
  • Respond to business organizations queries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct presentations and present Tigo’s business product/solution.
  • Achieve specified sales targets set by Manager, Business Sales
  • Train and Coach Freelancers and TLs, on selling techniques and Tigo’s products.
  • Coordinate the installation of business solutions with concerned divisions/departments (Network Solutions/Business Solutions/...etc.).
  • Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Meet and exceed the B2B Sales & revenue budget, whilst leading on defining the commercial tickets, channels Define, sell a portfolio of B2B fixed line services
  • Ensure no churn of large accounts
  • To effectively manage very large business accounts with full accountability for product cross-sell, increasing penetration with different Enterprise products, and ensuring productivity of each Freelancer
  • Performs presentations; ensures resources are available for effective demos
  • Perform sales activities for assigned segment or product/service line to maximize sales revenues
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
  • Telecom sales experience
  • 4+ year’s relevant experience in telecom industry, preferably in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment. Candidates with prior Exp in Sales of Wire-line products vis-a-vis, MPLS, VPN, and Data Center & Cloud shall be given preference, however not mandatory.
  • Telecoms Product knowledge/usage of product by clients ISP/ IT Network solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of ISP products within a product family
  • IT literacy Basic computer skills in data base management
  • Strong self-starter
  • Ability to engage in effective and persuasive negotiations and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community. Strong communication skills whilst being capable of modifying his / her message to fit different levels in the organization
  • Mature ability to work collaboratively with management teams throughout the organization and to be seen as a valuable expert resource to be sought out.
  • Ability to achieve results through others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Excellent comprehension of English and French is mandatory
  • Experienced with the Rwandan market

  • Should have successful track of doing sales unit roles with monthly targets in commercial units

POSITION: Head of Customer Value Management & Voice
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for shaping the strategic direction of Tigo’s CVM and Voice & SMS portfolio and for developing and implementing business plans that achieve business objectives.
Also responsible for shaping the future direction of Voice and CVM offerings using thorough market insights to advice on ways to improve Tigo’s products and services and ensure that our offerings are shaped around the customer.
Reviews Voice and CVM product portfolio performance to reach revenue/margins P&L targets & decides on product lifecycle.
Responsible for retaining the existing base of customers and maximizing opportunities for value creation amongst the base across Low Value Customers to High Value Customers. Creates and evaluates opportunities to drive increased loyalty amongst the base.
As part of retention responsibilities, defines the end-to-end customer experience across products, channels and customer segments, and monitors the implementation of the defined experience.
Ultimate responsibility to ensure Tigo Rwanda becomes the operator of choice, particularly in the HVC segment, and attains a market leading position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
VOICE AND SMS
Grow Voice & SMS business
  • Maximize product penetration, revenue and P&L of the Voice & SMS business
  • Leverage market and customer base insights to develop and implement new products and services to acquire and retain target customers
  • Identify market trends, opportunities and risks to define future propositions and promotions that drive customer acquisition for Voice & SMS customers
CUSTOMER VALUE MANAGEMENT
Identify Opportunities to Drive Incremental Value Creation from the Base
  • Build an understanding of the drivers of value across Voice, Data, VAS and MFS products and across value bands
  • Develop targeted propositions to identified segments to deliver more value and increase revenue within the segment
  • Identify and maximize opportunities to upsell customers from lower ARPU bands into higher value bands
  • Maximize total value per customer by identifying cross-selling opportunities of Voice customers into Data, VAS, MFS and vice versa
  • Deliver revenue targets across products and within specified value segments of the existing base
Drive Retention Strategies including Churn and Loyalty Management to Protect the Base and Increase Brand Affinity
  • Build and maintain an industry-leading Loyalty Program as a sustainable differentiator versus our competitors and a means to drive greater brand affinity especially within the HVC base
  • Develop churn strategies centred around early churn detection and a framework of proven propositions to arrest churn within the customer base
  • Identify opportunities to encourage consistent usage of products and services by offering short-term loyalty incentives across all products
  • Build an understanding of the drivers of churn among the base to drive proposition development to proactively stem churn
Define the Customer Experience across Products, Channels and Customer Segments and Monitor the Implementation
  • Be the custodian of the customer experience that Tigo aims to deliver across our products and touch points by engaging all relevant stakeholders in defining the base experience for our customers including new customers, HVCs, etc
  • Develop and maintain a measurement framework to monitor the delivered experience against the defined experience. Feedback performance shortfalls to the business and agree on actions with relevant stakeholders to close the gap
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Other Teams to Deliver Projects on Time
  • Define and validate creative briefs; and work with the Marketing team to develop internal and external communication strategies (including communication bulletin and launch event) for new products
  • Work with internal teams to develop agency briefs and research strategies (including discussion guides, questionnaires, marketing briefs and product descriptions)
  • Coordinate with Sales and Distribution on all promotional activities
  • Lead the creation of the blue print of a product/offer and work with the Tech/IT teams to prepare products for roll out
  • Develop offer/product roll out checklist
Leadership and Teamwork
  • Be responsible for the Voice and CVM team and lead and manage the team to deliver exceptional standards of delivery
  • Cascade goals, motivate and manage team performance (set objectives and KPIs, maintain frequent updates and review meetings,assess and address performance issues)
  • Stimulate a creative, customer-obsessed and value-driven team to maximize opportunities for value creation
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
  • University degree, preferable in marketing, communication, arts or engineering. Master’s degree would be a plus
  • 4-5 years’ experience in a related role
  • Senior marketing and managerial experience in consumer marketing, product or brand management or strategic planning required
  • Experience in delivering marketing insights and leading strategy within a large, complex organization
  • Experience in developing and/or managing Voice & SMS products and services and CVM
    • Product Managers with a high level of execution focus
    • Project Managers with a high level of ownership / business understanding
  • Strong understanding of the telecoms industry

POSITION: Procurement Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for managing and developing Procurement function to become an integrated part of Supply Chain Management Office.
Coordinate purchasing activity in such a way as to promote TIGO’s purchasing policiesbased on effectictive supplier selection; management and relationships for the category to achieve the Local Category targets of cost, quality and service, complying with MIC internal control policies.               

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
  • Develop in depth Industry understanding within the business, specifically concerning local competitive forces, breakthrough business or technology advances, and cost structure.

  • Development and execution of Category Supply Strategy to achieve best in class Supplier base: recommend and negotiate Strategic partnerships, Frame Level Agreements, competitive biddings.
  • Coordinate and negotiate requirements with local internal customers, and support them withthe commercial side of enforcing Contracted terms and performance.
  • Maintain a purchase orders register and submit a weekly progress report on the status and progress of the procurement function in the company

Njye bampamagara narindi kubagara ibishyimbo, nuko mpita nva mu murima negera umukecuru wanjye twari kumwe mubwira ko Tigo imaze kumpamagara imbwira ko natsindiye miliyoni 5.

Abanyamahirwe bakomeje guhabwa ibihembo byabo
