Tigo Rwanda Limited hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of printing services.

Participation is open to all registered persons and companies specialized in the field of printing with capacity to provide services with the highest standards of professionalism, ethical competency and integrity.

REQUIREMENTS

       I.            Company Name, Postal Address, Phone Number, E-mail Address of two individuals who may be contacted in relation to this request.

2. Certificate of Company Registration
3. TIN Number
4. Certificate of VAT Registration
5. Experience and track record, including the names of the Clients, contract sums and the contracts confirmation details, i.e. addresses of Clients, telephone and fax numbers;
6. Tax Clearance Certificate
7. Business Operating Permit

The tender document can be obtained from 04/ 12 /2015 from 8:30 am to 6:00pm at the below address,

The offers well typed, appropriately bound and presented in two copies of which an original and  a copy must reach in sealed envelopes at the above address clearly addressed to THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER at least on or before, 11/ 12 /2015 at 6pm local time.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.
