REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES;
TENDER NO: TIGORW/SRVS/02/02/2015
GENERAL.
Tigo Rwanda Limited hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of minibuses for transportation of sales Team.
Required number of minibuses will vary between ten (10) to fifteen (15) monthly depending on the prevailing need.
ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to all registered persons and companies specialized in the field with capacity to satisfy the need at a short notice.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
      I.        Minibuses required are the ones with 18 seats commonly known as HIACE with comprehensive insurance,
    II.        Minibuses must be white and in good condition with speedometer and fuel tank gauges properly working.
   III.        Incase of any technical problem, supplier must be able to replace the minibus in question immediately.
  IV.        Minibuses shall work from any designated provinces,

BIDDING DOCUMENTS
      I.        Name and contact details including email address and telephone numbers of two individuals who may be contacted in relation to this request.
    II.        Bidder’s profile and legal documents including but not limited to, Company Registration certificate, Tax Clearance certificate, TIN Number and official address.
   III.        List of minibuses with their number plated available for this job,
  IV.        Daily price (excluding Sundays) per one vehicle. This should include all expenses such as driver allowances/salary, vehicle maintenance, insurance, car wash, general services and other fees applicable.






 BID PRESENTATION & SUBMISSION
The bidding documents well typed in English should be sent in sealed envelopes at the below address clearly addressed to THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER by or before Monday,        27/02/2015 at 6pm local time.
